Todays post is inspired by James Clear’s 3-2-1 newsletter in which he asks – 

 

“When I’m living a good day, what am I spending my time on? – Do the sources of information I am exposed to each day support that type of lifestyle or distract from it?”

 

 

If you’re reading this dose of Your Daily Health Fix, it’s probably safe to assume that part of ‘living a good day’ for you would mean having the time and energy to do tasks and activities that contribute to your health and wellbeing. And, by reading this post then at least some of the second question has a big ✔️ next to it too.
