Vacations, work trips, family visits, or even lockdowns are just a part of every day life. So is your healthy lifestyle. As such The Health Fix methods are built around location-fluid mentoring. You may be lucky enough to be in the same vicinity as your coach, and we encourage face to face consultations and workouts when possible, however through the magic of the internet location is no obstacle; infact many clients prefer the flexibility, privacy and focus that virtual meetings offer.
As long as you have a smartphone or other webcam device available we’ll schedule consultations and meetings as part of your training routine in order to ensure continuity and consistency, no matter where in the world you find yourself at any given moment. Our results speak for themselves and our location-fluid approach aides in maintaining efficient progress towards our clients goals whilst minimizing setbacks.
